Saudi defences intercept, destroy 9 drones in Eastern Region

RIYADH, 27th March, 2026 (WAM) -- The Saudi Ministry of Defence announced the interception and destruction of nine drones.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted Ministry of Defence Spokesperson Major General Turki Al-Malki as saying that the drones were intercepted and destroyed in the Eastern Region.
