KABUL -- At least two people were killed and 21 others wounded in four separate explosions in Afghanistan on Saturday, multiple sources confirmed.
In Jalalabad city, capital of eastern Nangarhar province, two people were killed and 19 others wounded in three blasts targeting Taliban vehicles travelling along roads in Police District (PD) 6 and PD 4 in the morning, according to local public health officials. (Afghanistan-Blast)
NEW DELHI -- Two militants were killed on Saturday in a fierce gunfight with government forces in India's northeastern state of Assam, police said.

MANILA -- At least eight people were injured, one critically, on Saturday after an attacker threw a grenade at spectators in Maguindanao province in the southern Philippines, a military spokesman said.

SANAA -- Yemen's Houthi militia on Saturday executed nine people in a public place for allegedly spying for Saudi Arabia.
The nine were brought by an armored vehicle to al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sanaa and were put in a line in the middle of the square. (Yemen-Execution-Spy)
