Australia says Afghanistan may be neglected in US economic debacle
Saudi Arabia News.Net Monday 6th October, 2008
Australia’s defence minister, Joel Fitzgibbon, has raised some concerns that the war in Afghanistan may be neglected by the US administration.
Mr Fitzgibbon has told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation the economic meltdown in the United States might inhibit the number of troops the US sends to Afghanistan in the future.
He has said he will travel to the NATO meeting in Canada next month to lobby for a greater troop commitment.
He said the biggest distraction for the US government in the coming months will be the cost of the financial meltdown and its implication for war funding.

And to me that’s a good thing..... We can also quit giving money to all those other non-productive countries.
If w are going to get rid of terrorists we should quit fooling around and to it the right way.............

Debacle is an extremely mild temperment sort of word isn’t it? I cannot even think to type this morning. Have you ever had one of those where did they hide that Taliban spa sort of days. Omar!
